PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing recycled concrete which develops sufficient strength even if waste concrete is completely used as aggregate and by which neutralization is suppressed and durability is sufficient even if a reinforced concrete structure is made by forming cement concrete in the form of impregnating the waste concrete aggregate with useful microorganisms or coating the aggregate with the same. PSOLUTION: The concrete including the aggregate, cement, water and admixture is prepared by subjecting the waste concrete aggregate which is the whole or part of the aggregate to a spraying treatment of an aqueous solution previously containing the useful microorganisms or impregnation therewith.
