PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an model capable of grasping how discontent and attractiveness affect a certain evaluation target when making a decision about the evaluation target.;SOLUTION: In the causal model analyzing device for a structural equation modeling using evaluation data digitized for the evaluation target, variables of a causal model analysis include a plurality of individual items, the total evaluation of a negative aspect, the total evaluation of a positive aspect and the total evaluation, and digitized evaluation data include evaluation data for the plurality of individual items, the total evaluation data of a negative aspect, the total evaluation data of a positive aspect and the total evaluation data. The causal model analyzing device has a path setting means for setting a one side arrow from an individual item to the total evaluation of a negative aspect and the total evaluation of a positive aspect and from the total evaluation of a negative aspect and the total evaluation of a positive aspect to the total evaluation, and a path coefficient estimating means for using the digitized evaluation data to estimate a path coefficient of the one side arrow set by the path setting means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
