BYZANTINE FAULT-TOLERANT FILE-SHARING RESPONSE SPEED-UP METHOD IN P2P ENVIRONMENT

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up Byzantine agreement algorithm in P2P environment. PSOLUTION: A Peer ranking list wherein processing performance is described in each terminal and wherein each terminal is aligned and described in order of the processing performance is generated by the processing performance obtained by measurement of a response time of Byzantine agreement processing. The terminal capable of being estimated to allow the faster processing of Byzantine agreement is selected by use of the list before Byzantine agreement execution. Alternatively, transfer processing performance of meta data is measured, a metadata transfer processing performance list wherein the processing performance is described in each terminal and wherein each terminal is aligned and described in order of the processing performance is generated when transferring the metadata, the terminal capable of being estimated to allow more faster processing of the transfer of the metadata is selected, and the transfer of the metadata is performed.
