PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation base isolation structure using a two layer separation type footing generally adaptable for a general foundation structure provided with a footing foundation structure and a repair method for the structure.;SOLUTION: A footing 30 in a foundation structure is divided in two layers of a base footing 1 and an upper footing 10 supported by the base footing and separable in an earthquake. A side block regulating the lateral movement of the upper footing is formed in the base footing 1 when necessary.
