PURPOSE: To construct building footing accurately and easily by placing a previously manufactured beam for the building footing on a support block arranged on a construction site, and burying reinforcement of the beam lower part in concrete by binding it to a base reinforcement. ;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of auxiliary bars 16 are extended between main bars 15A and 15B arranged vertically and horizontally, and are welded or bound to them, and the lower parts of the auxiliary bars 16 and the main bar 15B are exposed, and concrete is driven, and an almost rectangular vertical cross-sectional beam 10 for building footing is manufactured. An upper surface level of a concrete support block 23 is arranged properly on the ground 22 formed by laying down mixture 20 of crushed stone 21, sand and cement in a cutting groove 19, and the beam 10 for the building footing is placed.
