Then, on lamination of the application line 9 and the petal line 14, the projected part 10 formed to the petal piece 11 is opposed to the gap part 7 of the application line 9 arranged outside, and respective lines are arranged so that the application pieces 6 or the petal pieces 11 of adjacent respective lines become in a zigzag.
