In the present invention, there are disclosed indole derivatives of the general formula I, in which n is 1, 2 or 3; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts and forms of these compounds designated as medicament precursors. Disclosed is also the use of the above-described compounds in therapy, particularly for the treatment of disorders of the central nervous system; damage to the central nervous system; cardiovascular disorders; gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes insipidus, and sleep apnea, and particularly for the treatment of obesity.
