The device for approaching the flexure of jejunum to the stump of pancreas in tailoring invagination pancreojejunoanastomosis contains the elongated plate made of the biologically inert material. On the surface of the plate, at least two eyes are attached in the middle of the plate along its short side. On the end-face of the plate, the holder is placed for attaching the handle allowing for manipulating the plate.
