PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a sustained release preparation containing felodipine using felodipine solubilization at low temperature, thereby solving problems of precipitation even for a long period of time, increasing the solubility of felodipine and saving energy. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a sustained release preparation containing felodipine comprises the steps of: mixing felodipine with one of oleoyl macrogol-6 glycerides, linoleoyl glycerides, caprylocaproyl macrogol-8 glycerides and diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, as a solubilizing agent; and heating the mixture at 40-60 deg.C.
