However, if the reference voltage is received from the outside of the chip through the pad to avoid the influence of the step and the noise power of the chip is, on the contrary, there is a problem internal characteristics can not compensate for changes in process and temperature variation of each chip. A reference voltage generation method using an external reference source to the internal reference voltage source with a short circuit at the same time by the two reference voltage of the reference voltage generating circuit which can reduce the influence of the noise power, while compensating for process and temperature variations of the chip and this internal structure introduces. Therefore, it is possible to improve the output characteristics of a memory device by maintaining a stable reference voltage.
