The present invention provides three configuration methods that can implement the Equi-Angle Sampling Method (EASM), that is, output signal measurement of a vibration sensor, vibration amplitude measurement using a laser interferometer, and a linear or rotary encoder. The method of constructing the vibration amplitude measuring device is presented. A theoretical conversion method for accurately estimating the amplitude and phase corresponding to the calibration frequency from the measurement vibration signal obtained from the isometric measuring device of the vibration amplitude is also presented.
