The present invention provides a recombinant vector for mass production of doxorubicin, a transformed actinomycetes transformed with the recombinant vector, a DNA microarray chip for analyzing gene expression patterns related to doxorubicin biosynthesis including a doxorubicin biosynthesis related gene, and a gene analysis using the DNA microarray chip. It is about a method. The recombinant vector of the present invention and the transformant transformed with the recombinant vector may be utilized for mass production of doxorubicin, and through the DNA microarray chip for analyzing gene expression patterns related to doxorubicin biosynthesis of the present invention and a gene analysis method using the same. Genes for mass production of doxorubicin could be selected.
