FIELD: microbiology, in particular strain characterization based on quantitative content of clones being resistant to anthracic bacteriophage lytic action in population thereof.;SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes measured inoculation of spore suspension on tissue culture dish containing dense culture medium. Concentration of said medium provides formation of 50-100 isolated colonies. Dish surface is treated with anthracic bacteriophage, inoculums are incubated, and number of colonies grown in dish with bacteriophage (experience) and without thereof (control) is calculated, wherein in control not less than 500 CFU (colony-forming units) are investigated. Percentage of phagoresistant individuals is calculated as ratio of colony number in experience to colony number in control. Method of present invention makes it possible to increase accuracy and validity of starting strain B. anthracis population characteristics based on quantitative content of individuals (spores) being resistant to anthracic bacteriophage lytic action.;EFFECT: method for evaluation of phagoresistant clone biological properties with improved accuracy and validity.;3 ex
