FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves determining proinflammatory interleukines TNFα, IL-1α, anti-inflammatory interleukines Il-4, IL-10 in patients. Integral indices of proinflammatory interleukines (P₁,P₂) and anti-inflammatory interleukines (P₃,P₄) ratio of their content in patients to mean value determined for healthy people cases. Prognostic inflammation index is calculated as ratio of integral indices of proinflammatory interleukines (P₁xP₂) to anti-inflammatory interleukines indices (P₃xP₄). The value being equal to or greater than 1.4, pyoinflammatory complication progressive development is to be predicted.
