METHOD FOR PREDICTING CLINICAL COURSE OF POST-RHINOPLASTY WOUND PROCESS

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine area, namely to laboratory examinations. The method for predicting the clinical course of post-rhinoplasty wound process is implemented as follows. In the patients with nasal deformations in pre- and postoperative period, microbiological study of nasal mucosa material and immunology research of venous blood are performed. Said microbiological study aims at detecting the microorganisms that are not its normal dwellers, while immunology research involves registering change of titres ASL-O and staphylococcal α-toxin, IgA and lysozyme levels, and neutrophil's digestion index. The post-operative complete elimination of said microorganisms or decreased concentration to ≤103 CFU/"тамп.", and decreased titres ASL-O and staphylococcal α-toxin by 55-60% with simultaneous increased IgA and lysozyme levels, and neutrophil's digestion index by 25-30% as compared to pre-operative indicators enables to predict the favourable clinical course of wound process, otherwise the prognosis is unfavourable.;EFFECT: application of the invention enables to predict the clinical course of post-rhinoplasty wound process.;3 ex
