Pavement surface construction has number of bracing elements (VE), which partially consist of a viscoplastic bonding material and are connected with grating (GW). The bracing elements are firmly bonded with a part of the road bed (UB) or superstructure (OB). The roadbed includes high-strength fiber strands (FS) covered with asphalt concrete. An independent claim is also included for a prefabricated component for pavement surface construction.
