The device has an oil pressing device (12) squeezing of oil from oil fruits, and comprising a screw extrusion press that is powered by an electric motor. A hot air blower preheats the press, and a supply hopper (18) is arranged on the press for supplying the oil fruits to the device (12). An oil processing plant (30) processes the oil, where the device (12), hopper and the plant are arranged in a transportable frame structure (32). An independent claim is also included for usage of a device for producing oil.
