The method for the launching of manned or unmanned space probes entails creating a mechanical connection to a geostatic space station which is located at a height (h2) outside the near-earth region. The space station hauls the payload to a defined height (h1), and from there the payload is launched under its own power tangentially to the space station and the rigid connection is then released. Herewith and hereafter it achieves its orbit supported by its own propulsion. Landing is carried out in the reverse sequence.
