PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of evaluating accurately a bone quality, and to reduce a patient load, especially in the case of an evaluation method using a bone cell-producing material amount in serum as an index, since the method is a nondestructive inspection not requiring extraction of a bone tissue. PSOLUTION: In the evaluation method of the bone quality, at least either of a bone cell and a bone cell-producing material is used as an index. An evaluation kit for the bone quality includes an antibody against the bone cell or the bone cell-producing material, or a gene probe to a gene of the bone cell-producing material. In a screening method of a bone quality deterioration preventing or improving agent, existence of the bone cell and/or the bone cell-producing material is used as an index.
