PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency in processing from business negotiation to order of a product adopting a build-to-order system by sharing information.;SOLUTION: A business negotiation inquiry examination part 11 receives business negotiation information from a demander as electronic data, and stores it in a business negotiation inquiry database 14. A specification setting part 12 receives specification information related to product requests from the demander as electronic data and stores it in a specification setting database 15.
