PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wallet where an illumination tool is internally arranged in order to prevent the circulation of forged banknotes in street-level circulation site through the use of a method capable of visually discriminating the deep recession print part of a portrait which is printed on the surface of the banknote in advanced countries in the world and seems to be hardly imitated.;SOLUTION: The thin LED illumination tool 4 is mounted on the wallet 5 and an LED is arranged in the illumination tool so as not to generate light nonuniformity on the surface of the banknote to be irradiated.
