PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic vibration cutting device with a long life for restraining abnormal noises.;SOLUTION: This ultrasonic vibration cutting device 20 comprises a spindle 25, a spindle housing 26 rotatably supporting the spindle 25, a cutting blade 22, and an ultrasonic vibrator 33 installed to the spindle 25 and generating ultrasonic vibrations, converts a transmission direction of the ultrasonic vibrations generated from the ultrasonic vibrator 33 and transmitted in an axial direction of the spindle 25 into a radial direction of the cutting blade 22, and cuts a workpiece by the cutting blade 22 ultrasonic-vibrated in the radial direction. The cutting blade 22 is fixed to the tip end 24 of the spindle 25 by fastening a mounting bolt 29 connected in a hole 24c of the tip end 24 of the spindle 25 via a through hole 21c formed on a base stand 21 of the cutting blade 22, so that the mounting bolt 29 is brought into a non-contact condition with an inner wall of the through hole 21c.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
