PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing wall which simplifies the handling at a construction site by panelization, while in a conventional bearing wall of a wood-frame construction method, intervals of driven nails and a kind of plywood have been studied to obtain a high bearing force and high rigidity, though there have been limits.;SOLUTION: On the premise of being handled as the bearing wall of the wood-frame construction method, the bearing wall is structured to have higher bearing force and higher rigidity without causing complication in handling at the construction site, by using existing materials and nails, and facilitating panelization. Thus, the combination with a seismic control construction method effective for obtaining higher bearing force offers a hope, and application to a building on a small land where less bearing wall is used also offers a hope.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
