PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a move of personal belongings such as a cellular phone hung from the neck or the like through a neck strap to improve portability.;SOLUTION: The assisting tool for carrying the personal belongings comprises a hanging part 15 forming the upper part of a holding plate main body 3, a holding part 16 forming the lower part of the main body 3, holding side hook-and-loop fasteners 6a and 6b provided respectively on the surface and the back of the holding part 16, parts 7 and 8 not covered with the belongings 4 held, extending outside the belongings 4 and pressed by the fingers, button part hooking part 11 and a collar avoiding part 20 formed between the hanging part 15 and the holding part 16.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
