PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for improving the efficiency of complicated works, performing accurate accumulation and performing accumulation when taking a vote in real time by using an RFID tag in a condominium management society general meeting.;SOLUTION: In this general meeting decision accumulation system, sectional owners exercise voting rights in a general meeting of a condominium management society.
