Method for investigation of physical-chemical properties of soils is in pressing to earth wall of bore pit or well bottom thin strip, with periodical stops with measurement of pressing forces at motion of strip and its stops, and after that one takes it out from soil with measurement of extraction forces. Operations are carried out with thickened strip arranged with section of flat inner cavity in its front end, inside it section of strip-blade is placed. At stops of thickened strip at one of its side ends one moves from inner cavity to soil section of strip-blade, and after that it is moved in with continuous measurement of forces of dippingto soil and extraction. Moving out and return to initial position of strip-blade is performed with transformer of longitudinal motion to normal one by means of cable that goes in long openings provided near side ends of thickened strip, with turn of cable in the zone of flat inner cavity with support at two micro-wheels. Axles of micro-wheels are rigidly fixed in flat inner cavity of thickened strip near its side ends in zone along running axis of symmetry of strip-band and with rigid cable fixation to pin-boss on surface of section of strip-blade that is in back with respect to direction of going out section in zone along running axis of symmetry.
