The embodiment of the present invention includes new derivation method to analyze complicated biological information, including idiotype network. In some embodiments, time course data obtains multiple gene biological bodies simultaneously. New method is included the improvement of Bayes's derivation method and is determined the causality between the gene being expressed using those methods, and determines upstream effects for being adjusted gene in some embodiments. Other improvement of bayes method include the gene of the causality expression between being inferred using time course data. Other embodiments include more accurately providing the network information between expressing gene using bootstrap method and determining edge effect. Information about idiotype network can store in memory devices and can be sent to output equipment, be also sent to remote location.
