A system for researching a customer satisfaction index collects opinions and responses provided from citizens or customers at a plurality of areas through a network, and statistically analyzes and provides the opinions and responses. The system includes dedicated terminals installed at a plurality of areas for inputting an identification information data and an opinion in¬ formation data from the citizens; a research server connected to a plurality of the dedicated terminals for receiving and collecting the data input by the citizens, verifying duplication of the data using the identification information data of the collected data, statistically analyzing and structurizing the opinion information data; a database for storing the data structurized by the research server; and display terminals installed at a plurality of areas for displaying a customer satisfaction index calculated by statistical analysis processing of the research server.
