A SOLID INSULATED DISCONNECTOR SWITCH AND A SOLID INSULATED SWITCHGEAR USING THE DISCONNECTOR SWITCH

A solid insulated disconnector switch and a solid insulated switchgear using the same are provided to improve reliability and simplify a configuration by assembling parts and forming an insulated disconnector switch to be solid insulation structure. A disconnector switch base(11) is a hollow frame, has a load connection unit for an electrical connection with a load, and is formed to be a solid insulated body for wrapping the load connection unit. An assembly of a driving source provides a rotation power source. An insulation shaft(41) is formed by an electric insulation material, is rotated by the rotation power of the assembly of the driving source, and has a screw unit on an outer circumference plane. A fixed contactor(31) is electrically connected to a power side, and has a fixed contact point which is wrapped by the solid insulation body. A movable contactor(21) is connected to the insulation shaft(41), and moves linearly between a position contacted with the fixed contact point of the fixed contactor(31) and a position separated from the fixed contact point of the fixed contactor(31) according to a rotation of the insulation shaft(41) when the movable contactor(31) is electrically connected to the load connection unit of the disconnector switch base(11). An insulation spacer(51) is installed for an electrical insulation between the disconnector switch base(11) and the fixed contactor(31), and is formed to be a solid insulated body having an inner hollow for allowing a movement of the movable contactor(21). An insulation power transfer assembly is installed between the assembly of a driving source and the insulation shaft(41), and transfers the rotation power of the assembly of the driving source to the insulation shaft(41). The insulation power transfer assembly insulates electrically the assembly of the driving source and the disconnector switch base(11).
