A cover for blocking sunlight, snow and rain in traveling is provided to improve the safe driving and secure the view of the driver by installing the blocking cover at the front of the upper end of the vehicle and symmetrically mounting slide bars. A cover(A) for blocking sunlight, snow and rain in traveling prevents a sunlight(S) from being reflected on the eye of the driver when traveling and is installed to move forwardly and backwardly at the upper end of the roof of the vehicle to preclude a snow-rain(S-S) from being laid on the windshield and to secure a front view(L) of the driver. A movable communicating antenna is attached or inserted at the cover. Slide bars are symmetrically mounted at left and right sides to move the cover forwardly and backwardly.
