CONTROLLABLE RECOMBINANT PROTEIN EXPRESSION VECTORS

Controllable recombinant protein expression vectors are provided to control expression of a target protein and induce high efficiency expression of the target protein in various microorganisms using inexpensive inducing agents. The recombinant vector contains a promoter whose expression is controlled by iron ion concentration, and a gene encoding a protein capable of inhibiting the expression of the promoter by binding with the iron ion, wherein the promoter is the total or part DNA fragments of entC gene, represented by SEQ ID NO:1; the protein gene is the total or partial DNA fragments of fur gene encoding a transcription control protein Fur of Escherichia coli; the recombinant vector is pOS2, pOS3, pOS2-lacZ or pOS3-lacZ(KCTC 10816BP). The expression of the target protein is controlled by control of iron ion concentration in the medium with chelating agents or iron compounds.
