A novel method for diagnosing swine vesicular disease virus antibody is provided to rapidly detect the swine vesicular disease virus antibody in a swine serum sample using swine vesicular disease virus-like particle protein antigen, which could be safely produced in a general laboratory. The hybridoma cell line is prepared by inoculating an inactivated swine vesicular disease virus UKG/27/72 strain into mouse and fusing immune cells collected therefrom into cancer cells, and is deposited as a deposition number of KCLRF-BP-00116. The monoclonal antibody against swine vesicular disease is expressed from the hybridoma cell line. The method for diagnosing swine vesicular disease is characterized in that swine vesicular disease is detected by using swine vesicular disease virus-like particle antigen and the monoclonal antibody.
