A solar photovoltaic power generation system having a waterweed suppression function by preventing an increase of water temperature and shielding photosynthesis by forming solar light shielding layers at upper parts of surfaces of a river, a lake and marsh, a reservoir, and a dam is provided to protect water resources and prevent an increase of waterweed by installing the same at an upper part of a surface of water. A solar photovoltaic power generation system includes an array, a storage battery, and a power transformation unit. The array includes a module formed with a solar cell. A plurality of columns are installed in a constant interval. A horizontal connection unit is formed on the columns to connect horizontally upper parts of the columns to each other. The storage battery and the power transformation unit are installed at the horizontal connection unit. The module is installed at an upper part of the storage battery and the power transformation unit to form the solar photovoltaic power generation system by composing the array.
