A method for converting an objective question into a subjective question and comparing/aggregating questionnaires, and an implementing system thereof are provided to aggregate data compared among questionnaires by finding a comparative point among the questionnaires from a database accumulating the questions and examples, converting the subjective question into the objective question, and applying the object question as a common question. The database(H100) stores information for the questions of the registered questionnaires and answers to the questions. A basic item setting part(H600) stores the questions and the answers received when the questionnaire is made. An input part(H500) receives preview samples and selectively receives other items. A data accumulator(H700) accumulates the selectively received items. A converter(H800) reclassifies and displays answer data received from an answerer. The answers obtained by applying the common questionnaire to other questionnaires are compared with each other. An aggregator makes/applies the common questionnaire to other questionnaires and compares the questionnaires.
