A kit for discriminating genetical identification among Cervus species by Pyrosequencing methods

A method for discriminating genetic identification of Cervus species is provided to supply accurate Cervus species raw material by evaluating relation among species and genetic variation of the Cervus species using a species specific sequencing primer of the Cervus species. The method comprises the steps of: (a) extracting DNA from Cervus sample; (b) preparing a reaction solution of primer consisting of the extracted DNA, sense primer(CCCTAGATCA CGAGCTTAAT) and anti-sense primer(TGTCTGATAA AATTCATTAAATAGC); (c) amplifying the reaction solution through PCR; (d) analyzing the total nucleotide sequence of the amplified DNA; and (e) comparing a gene obtained by performing a pyrosequencing technique on the amplified DNA in combination with sequences: CGATTCATGGG, Cervus nippon Temminck, sequences: CAGTTCATGGG, Cervus elaphus from Newzealand, sequences: CGGTTTATGGG, Cervus canadensis, sequences: CAGTATATGGG, Rangifer tarandus so as to discriminate the Cervus nippon Temminck, Cervus elaphus, Cervus canadensis and Rangifer tarandus and comparing the gene with sequences: CGAGTTCATGGG, Cervus elaphus from Russia, and sequences: CGATCTATGGG, Cervus elaphus from China so as to discriminate the Cervus elaphus from Russia and the Cervus elaphus from China.
