THE COATING OF MONOMERS ONTO TEXTILES BY MEANS OF ELECTRON-BEAM GRAFTING REACTION AND THE METHOD FOR SUPPRESSING THE HOMOPOLYMERIZATION WHICH IS INCLUDED FROM THE PROCESS

A method for fabricating a fiber and a polymer by coating monomers by means of an electron-beam grafting reaction and suppressing the homo-polymerization caused by the coating process is provided to prevent exhaust of the homo-polymerization previously at the washing process. The textile fabrics(1) is supplied continuously to an electron-beam irradiation room(3) by means of the action of an electron-beam accelerator(2) so that plural radicals are produced on the fiber polymer. Thereafter, the textile fabrics is injected into a reaction cistern(4) containing the monomer aqueous solution so that the grafting reaction is performed. At the process, the ultrasonic wave is injected by an ultrasonic oscillator(5), then the grafted textile fabrics is washed in a washing cistern(8) and finally dried through a drying machine(10) so that the modified textile fabrics is completed.
