An apparatus and a method for marking an inner pot of an electric pressure rice cooker and the inner pot using the same are provided to properly mark the letters and patterns on the desired surface by placing the jig angle control part for controlling the angle of the jig roller. An apparatus and a method for marking an inner pot of an electric pressure rice cooker comprises: a mold rotating part(500) mounted with a mold rotating shaft connected with the mold part so as to rotate the mold part and the inner pot; and a marking part(300) closely contacted with the surface of the inner pot mounted on the mold part to roll on the surface of the inner pot to mark at least one of letters and patterns. The marking part contains a jig roller rotated along with the surface of the inner pot, a jig frame supported to rotate the jig roller, a pressing part operated to move the jig roller to press the surface of the inner pot, and a shaft whose one side is connected to the jig frame to slide-move the jig frame according to the operation of the pressing part.
