The method involves acquiring a voice signal by a microphone of a communication terminal, and providing a music signal in the terminal by reproduction of data, where the music signal is in media player expert group (MPEG)standard. The voice and the music signals are mixed in the terminal to obtain a combined signal. The combined signal is coded to obtain a coded signal and the coded signal is transmitted to a receiver. The communication connection is established from the terminal to the receiver before acquiring the voice signal. An independent claim is also included for a communication terminal for execution of a method of signal transmission.
