The light has a support element (1), which has two plates (3,5) spaced from one another, opposite to each other. Multiple spacer elements (7) extend between the plates, spaced from the edge of the plates or extend from the edge of the plates away into the interior of the area between both the plates. A light source (11) is arranged on a side of the support element, outside of the element which corresponds to base side of one of the two plates. The lamp is directly or indirectly connected with the support element.
