摘要

The probe has two core temperature sensors arranged at a distance from each other in an insertable measuring pipe for detecting core temperature in the pipe. An air flow temperature sensor (8) provided at the pipe between a stopper and a holder measures the temperature of air flow of a baking/cooking item. A surface temperature sensor is positioned at the stopper for measuring the surface temperature of the item, where the holder is designed as a thin flat-shaped body. A flow speed sensor (9) and a humidity sensor are attached to the holder for measuring flow speed and humidity, respectively.
