The structure has a cover (3) for covering a cutting edge space (2), and a driving screw (4) provided in the cutting edge space. A tool changing device with changing arms is rotated over inner and outer areas of the space for changing a tool that is brought in the driving screw. The cover includes an opening area (5) to step the arms that hold the tool, and a door (6) completely or partially opens and closes the opening area. The opening area is small and of narrow design and is closed outwardly when the arms hold the tool and the door opens or closes the opening area.
