The method involves defining structures, such that the structures are realized with software solutions of different technologies and with evaluation processes of different organization and sequence of operations. Software partial solutions are reviewed on each other, and are realized in an interoperable manner. The structures are examined despite their complexity by knowledge carrier of technical areas and responsibility level. The solutions with user interfaces and integration in operation are directly/indirectly controlled and regulated by a technical content structure in a structure model.
