The system has an electronic case comprising three keys (T1-T3), a LCD display (AFF) and a microprocessor controls the keys and the LCD display. The keys permits to input parameters representing personal code (CP) of a human, and the microprocessor comprises a microprogram for calculating a value representing a blood alcohol level of the human. The LCD display displays the blood alcohol level. An independent claim is also included for a method for constituting a parametering code for an electronic case.
