PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of plecoglossus altivelis angling using decoy, wherein a line and the line flapped with winds give loads to the plecoglossus altivelis to weaken the movements of the plecoglossus altivelis of the decoy, thereby reducing the angled fish.;SOLUTION: A float is used to absorb the weight of a line, and the load of the line flapped with winds is also absorbed in the float. Thereby, plecoglossus altivelis of the decoy can swim in a state unlimitedly near to a natural state to increase the angled fish.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
