PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evidentiary material formation support system or the like, enabling even a user with poor technical knowledge for information security to easily form an evidentiary material. PSOLUTION: The evidentiary material formation support system comprises a threat case database; a countermeasure case database; an evidentiary material form database; an analysis part for analyzing input data and extracting a mode of exchange of information in an object system; a threat case extraction part for retrieving the threat case database using an analysis result by the analysis part and extracting a threat estimated in the object system; a countermeasure extraction part for retrieving the countermeasure case database using an extraction result by the threat extraction part to extract countermeasure information, and presenting the information to the user; and an evidentiary material formation part for inserting information determining an operation of security function inputted by the user and the countermeasure information to a predetermined chapter/paragraph in reference to information stored in the evidentiary material form database, and forming a form of evidentiary material.
