PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect information about a contained chemical substance of a product.;SOLUTION: A contained chemical substance information management system includes: a component list component information table managed by a delivery destination maker; an information monitoring part detecting addition/update information of a component of a component list component configuration table, and extracting component configuration information and information about the component including a vender ID purchased from a vender; a registration information acquisition part storing information for performing an investigation request to a supplier in a green procurement component information table and a green procurement component configuration table based on the information, changing and registering only an investigation request flag to the component information whose information is present in the tables by using existing information of the tables, and storing the contained chemical substance information of the component and a configuration article purchased from the supplier, and the contained chemical substance information of the component in a chemical substance information table; and a provision instruction part retrieving a contact point of the supplier by an investigation request table from the extracted vender ID, and notifying the contact point about the component configuration information and the information of the component purchased from the supplier.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
