PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and precisely predict the ultraviolet intensity of an arbitrary point.;SOLUTION: An ultraviolet intensity prediction section 16 acquires the predicted value of the global solar radiation in consideration of the effect of cloud cover from a weather prediction model arithmetic section 14.
