PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conceptual network generation system, a conceptual network generation method and a conceptual network generation program obtaining the appropriate conceptual relation between words to generate a conceptual network. PSOLUTION: A personal computer 100 constituting the conceptual network generation system has a retrieval part 12 acquiring a first retrieval result sentence including both of first and second words, and a second retrieval result sentence including either one of the words; an analysis/case structure generation part 14 generating first case structure pattern information corresponding to the first retrieval result sentence and second case structure pattern information corresponding to the second retrieval result sentence; and an ontology generation part 18 setting the first word and a word corresponding to the second word in the first retrieval result sentence, in the second retrieval result sentence corresponding to the second case structure pattern information, as the conceptual relation.
