PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hyaluronidase inhibitor or a therapeutic agent of atopic dermatitis, containing fucoidan obtained from an extract of seaweeds as an active ingredient, and utilizing the bioactivities thereof.;SOLUTION: The hyaluronidase inhibitor or the therapeutic agent of the atopic dermatitis contains the acetyl fucoidan obtained from Cladosiphon okamuranus TOKIDA or a sulfated product thereof as an active ingredient.
