NON-DRUG TREATMENT BY AUTOGENIC TRAINING AND MUSIC THERAPY IN NEGATIVE SYMPTOM OF SCHIZOPHRENIA AND DEPRESSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autogenic training program being optimum for the patient of schizophrenia and depression.;SOLUTION: The patient or the family are asked about why the patient of the schizophrenia and depression comes to be in a present situation, a background from birth to the present, and a family situation. Accordingly causal analysis is performed. Then, an optimum autogenic training program CD (voice advice for curing an unfavorable way of thinking and customarily having a preferable way of thinking) is generated on the basis of personality, a blood type, and a birthday. The patient is made to continuously hear the CD for one hour by high-speed rotation of the CD so that the patient can learn it intensively. The rotation speed is three times or three times and a half as fast as the speed of NHK news and the hearing is continued for not less than one month. The patient is brought into a normal thinking circuit from paranoia by directing his/her attention to a trunk from a state where the patient is distracted by an insect flying onto the branch and leaves of a tree.
